(Eagle News) — A yellow rainfall warning has been hoisted over parts of Visayas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Samar and Eastern Samar are under the alert, which means flooding is possible in low-lying areas. Landslides in mountainous areas are also possible. PAGASA said light to moderate rains are being felt in Cebu, Camotes Island, Bohol, Southern Leyte, Negros Oriental and Biliran.
