NAIA resumes flight operations

(Eagle News)-A 4.0-magnitude quake struck Batangas on Monday, Jan. 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 9:07 a.m. , had its epicenter 3 kilometers southwest of Laurel. It had a depth of focus of 7 kilometers.
