PAGASA: Northeasterly wind flow affecting Luzon, Visayas

(Eagle News) — The northeasterly wind flow is affecting Luzon and Visayas.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains as a result.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Visayas, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

According to the weather bureau, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers are expected in Mindanao, this time due to localized thunderstorms.

Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and coastal waters, while Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
