QUEZON City, Philippines – Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz advised overseas Filipino workers to use the Balik Manggagawa online system of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to get their Overseas Employment Certificate. Earlier, the POEA issued an advisory that only those who have online appointments will be accommodated at their main office.
