(Eagle News) — The number-coding scheme is lifted by noon today, October 31, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said.
In an advisory, the MMDA said all public and private vehicles are covered by the suspension.
Earlier, the MMDA said the scheme was lifted for all motorists on Nov. 1, while only provincial buses would be covered by the suspension of the number-coding scheme on Oct. 31 and Nov. 4.
The Palace said work in all government offices was suspended starting noon today to allow for people who wish to go to the provinces to take advantage of the holidays to prepare.
