Northeast monsoon continues to affect PHL

(Eagle News) — Cloudy skies and rains will continue to prevail in  the country today, Feb. 4.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

PAGASA said this was due to the northeast monsoon affecting the Philippines.

The entire archipelago, on the other hand, will have moderate to strong winds.

It will also have moderate to rough coastal waters.
