(Eagle News)–Murder and frustrated murder charges have been filed against Dennis Lim Sytin for the killing of his brother, businessman Dominic Sytin, and for causing injuries to another.
Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said the same charges were filed against Ryan Dementilla and self-confessed gunman Edgardo Luib in Olongapo.
Guevarra said the charges were filed after the National Prosecution Service found probable cause to charge them for the businessman’s killing in Subic in 2018, and for the injuries sustained by his bodyguard Efren Espartero.
Guevarra said he has asked the Supreme Court for a transfer of venue from Olongapo city to Metro Manila.
Dominic is the CEO of United Auctioneers, Inc.
The police had said Dennis was the mastermind, an allegation he has denied.
