MMDA suspends implementation of number-coding for ASEAN Summit

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Metro Manila Development Authority will temporarily suspend the number-coding scheme on Friday, April 28 in preparation for the Association of South East Asian Nation Summit.

Exempted from the suspension of the number coding scheme are Makati City and Las Piñas.

The agency has also advised motorists and commuters to expect heavy traffic in Manila, Pasay and Makati City for the duration of the summit from April 26 to 29, 2017. The meetings are being held at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.
