(Eagle News)– A member of an all-male singing group and his companion were arrested early Friday for alleged possession of drugs.
Robin Robel of the group Masculados, and Rodel Isaac were nabbed during an Oplan Sita operation.
Senior Supt. Alexander Santos, chief of police, said the arrest took place after policemen found two sachets of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride on the artist.
The police had approached and frisked the two after finding them on board a vehicle that was merely on hazard on MLQ Ave. in Barangay New Lower Bicutan.
Robel and Isaac face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
