TORONTO, Canada (Reuters) — Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor moved their trash-talking extravaganza north to Canada on Wednesday (July 12) on the second stop of their four city fight promotion.

Thousands of fans attended the raucous event at Ontario Place.

Mayweather taunted McGregor by toying with the Irish flag while McGregor hurled obscenities at the Mayweather family and had some left over for the fight promoter, Showtime, whom he accused of turning off his microphone at Tuesday’s news conference in Los Angeles.

The fight between Mayweather and McGregor at 154 pounds will be on August 26, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Mayweather’s last fight was in September 2015, and despite the prolonged layoff the 40-year-old American, he is expected to be the heavy favorite.
