Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau to undergo training on Anti-Distracted Driving Act

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — More than 200 personnel of the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau will undergo training regarding the Anti-Distracted Driving Act (ADDA)

The local government of Manila wants its personnel to be properly trained in the proper implementation of the ADDA in order to avoid incidents.

“We’re requiring them to first undergo seminar on ADDA before they start flagging down motorists for violation,” Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada said. “We don’t want our men going around apprehending motorists if they don’t know the A to Z of this law,” he added.
