According to Red Cross, a 23-year old man died in Caloocan where he drowned.
The body of the man was found by the Red Cross water search and rescue team .
The search and rescue operation of the Red Cross is still ongoing. They deployed rubber boats and amphibious vehicles, especially in Marikina.
Red Cross is also serving hot meals in evacuation centers.
