Indonesian President Joko Widodo will not be able to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit in Manila and will send the Indonesian Minister of Trade instead in order to focus on important affairs in Indonesia as well as the problem faced by Indonesia regarding the haze.
