Indonesian President Joko Widodo arrives at Villamor Air Base

Indonesian President Joko Widodo arrived shortly after 2 p.m. at the Villamor Airbase in Pasay City via Indonesian Defense Air Force (IDAF) flight 01 for a State Visit to the Philippines and for the 30th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit set tomorrow, April 29, 2017.

President Widodo last met with President Rodrigo Duterte on the latter’s Working Visit to the Republic of Indonesia in September 2016.

The Indonesian leader is expected to fly to Mindanao for the launching of the Davao-General Santos-Bitung/ASEAN Roll-On Roll-Off (RoRo) shipping service.
