QUEZON City, Philippines – Incoming Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel “Manny” Piñol laid down plans in order to achieve food security for the whole Philippines by using new and effective technology as well as facilitating loans for farmers and for the development of efficient methods for selling farm goods.
