In photos: What remained of a passenger bus after it burst into flames along EDSA Shaw

(Eagle News) — A passenger bus burst into flames early evening of Friday, March 22, 2019, along the northbound side of EDSA, particularly near the EDSA Shaw tunnel, allegedly after it overheated.

No one was reported hurt after the VTSC bus with plate number TXX 274 caught flame, according to authorities.

Firemen immediately arrived at the scene and put out the fire.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) also posted a tweet about the vehicular fire at 6:39 p.m.  The fire was put out around 7:30 p.m.
