Former NFA Administrator not safe

arthur juanEven if he has already left his post, former NFA Administrator Arthur Juan is not safe from possible charges that may be filed against him due to the alleged extortion of a rice dealer.
This was emphasized by Justice Secretary Leila De Lima, in the face of the continuing NBI investigation of the allegations of businessman Jomerito Soliman of Purefeeds Corp.
Based on the allegation, Juan extorted a total of 15 million pesos after a raid was conducted  at his warehouse in Bulacan.
In his sworn statement to the NBI, Soliman said that Juan offered him to re-open his business without charges if he will give 15 million pesos which will be divided between Juan, Presidential Assistant for Food Security and Agricultural Development Kiko Pangilinan and Interior Secretary Mar Roxas III.
