Northern Luzon’s biggest night was held in Lingayen, Pangasinan at Sison Auditorium, the EVM Awards 2016 Regionals. Produced by INCinema led by the Executive Minister Eduardo V. Manalo of Church of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) where upcoming film makers showcased their respective entries from Ilocos Norte to Pampanga.
