MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – President Aquino confirms that Philippine National Police OIC Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina has submitted his resignation letter to the President but he added that said resignation letter cannot be acted upon until the end of the year, when he appoints a new PNP chief.
