(Eagle News) — Bukas sa posibilidad si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na bumisita sa Amerika.
Binanggit ito ng Pangulo sa isinagawang asia pacific healthy islands conference sa Davao City.
Ayon sa pangulo, maraming beses na siyang inalok ni US President Donald Trump na bumisita sa Amerika ngunit hindi nila ito matuloy dahil sa mahigpit na schedule ng dalawang lider.
“He (Trump) is my friend and of course I have been invited to the United States several times, but you know, it’s not because of anybody or any place there, it has something to do with the schedule,”ayon sa Pangulo.
Una ng inamin ng Pangulo na hindi niya kaya ang mahabang oras ng biyahe sa eroplano.
“If it could only be a regional flight where I can go fly-in and fly-out in the evening, that would be very easy. But the long haul of 13, 14 hours would kill me,” paghahayag ng Pangulo.
