MANILA, Philippines, September 10 (Eagle News) — Bagong Alyansang Makabayan or Bayan warned taxpayers that the deficit payment worth Php 106 million will be taken from taxes. Said deficit payment will be paid to the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC).
