QUEZON City, April 15 (Eagle News Service) — The House of Representatives is considering the proposal of Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Gen. Gregorio Pio Catapang to conduct an ocular inspection on the site of the Mamasapano incident.
