QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Elections gave a timeline of events to the investigating task force regarding the hacking of the official website of the COMELEC. According to COMELEC Commissioner Rowena Guanzon, the submission of the timeline aims for the quick resolution of the incident to ensure the safety of voters.
The Department of Justice is also coordinating with different government agencies and the United States government in order to find out what the hackers did to the COMELEC website.
