(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies and rains are expected in parts of the country today, Feb. 19.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Panay Island, Samar provinces, and Biliran will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms, PAGASA said.
