Chief Justice Bersamin’s son, daughter-in-law drop charges vs fishball vendor

(Eagle News)–The son of Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin and his wife have decided to drop the charges against a fishball vendor who allegedly threatened them on Saturday, March 9.

Dr. Lucas Bersamin Jr. and wife Bianca will no longer file the charges for unjust vexation against Conrado Bingco.

Bingco allegedly threatened the younger Bersamin at the heat of an argument that ensued after the fishball vendor supposedly catcalled the doctor’s wife in Barangay Belair, Makati.

According to the police, Bingco pretended to have a weapon, prompting Bersamin to ask assistance from the police.

Bingco was briefly detained at the Makati Police.
