LPA dissipates in northern Samar

The low pressure area being monitored by PAGASA dissipated in northern Samar. Due to the effect of the easterlies, the whole country, including Metro Manila will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with scattered rain showers in the afternoon.

LPA, still inside Philippine Area of Responsibility

The low-pressure area that was formerly the storm “Domeng” is still inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, near Surigao del Sur, affecting Caraga and Davao region, as well as the provinces of Misamis Oriental and eastern Visayas. Metro Manila will have sunny weather with light rain showers in the afternoon. The low-pressure area is expected to dissipate during the weekends.
