Retired Ozamiz prosecutor shot dead

Albayalde: Hapilon aide nabbed in Sulu

(Eagle News)– A trusted aide of slain Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon has been arrested by police. Philippine National Police chief Dir. Gen. Oscar D. Albayalde said Hashim Abtaid was nabbed in Jolo, Sulu around 7 p.m. Abtaid was implicated in the kidnapping workers of Golden Harvest plantation in Barangay Tairan, Tam-Awan, Basilan in 2001.
