NBI files raps vs Aquino, others over Dengvaxia mess

(Eagle News)–The National Bureau of Investigation has filed  charges against former President Benigno Aquino III over the P3-billion Dengvaxia mess. Apart from Aquino, charged with graft before the Ombudsman were former Health Secretary Janette Garin,  former Budget Secretary Florencio Abad and officials of the French firm Sanofi Pasteur, Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Health.
