Duterte makes new appointments in ERC, NYC

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has made new appointments in the National Youth Commission and the Energy Regulatory Commission. Duterte signed the appointment of Ronald Gian Cardema as chair of the NYC on Aug. 23. He also appointed lawyer Alexis Lumbatan as ERC member. Lumbatan replaces Gloria Victoria Taruc, who retired on July 10. Lumbatan’s term will end in July 2025.
