NDRRMC corrects death toll
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council corrected its official death toll from 19 to 18, wherein it said that one of the names was listed twice. Aside from the deaths,at least 916 people were recorded injured due to typhoon ‘Ruby”.
