Erap remains mayor of Manila

Former President and current mayor of Manila, Joseph Ejercito Estrada remained the chief executive of the nation’s capital, after the Supreme Court voted 11-3 in upholding the decision of the Commission on Elections saying that Estrada is qualified in running for election.

Violations spotted in Bulacan warehouse
