The Philippine National Police is asking telecommunication companies to help fight crime by sending free text messages regarding the modus operandi of various criminal groups.

President Aquino has signed Proclamation No. 991, declaring 2015 as ‘Visit the Philippines Year’, as the country gears up for the hosting of this year’s Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum. Malacañang clarifies US participation in Oplan Exodus
