Unti-unti ng nararamdaman ang epekto ng bagyong Chedeng sa Aurora. Bagamat humina na ang bagyo, may dalapa pa rin itong maulap na kalangitan, lumalakas na hangin at paglaki ng alon sa karagatan. Hinihikayat naman ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), na manatili sa evacuation center ang mga inilikas na pamilya. Kabilang sa mga bayang nagpatupad ng evacuation ang Baler, Casiguran, Dilasag, Dinalungan, Dipaculao at San Luis. Nanatili namang zero-casualty ang lalawigan
