The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas reminded the public that old money bills can only be used until December 2015 only. Attorney Harry Roque expressed his disbelief regarding the decision of the Regional Trial Court against United States Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton. According to Roque, Pemberton should be declared guilty of murder and not homicide. Although he added that the victim’s family is still happy with Pemberton’s conviction. Senator Grace Poe admitted that she is disappointed at the decision of the Commission on Election Second Division disqualifying her candidacy in the 2016 election. According to the Armed Forces of the Philippines, its should be the Philippine Coast Guard who should give the “go” signal or clearance for those who want to go on a “freedom voyage” to Spratlys Islands. According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), it will have a hard time preparing for the 2016 election if it will follow the temporary restraining order issued by the Supreme Court on its “no bio, no boto” policy.
