DND constructs jail facility for Pemberton

The Department of National Defense is now on the process of constructing a jail facility for United States Marines Lance Corporal Joseph Scot Pemberton. Old money can only be used until December 2015

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas reminded the public that old money bills can only be used until December 2015 only. By January 2106, said old money bills can no longer be used for transactions in stores but can still be used in banks. By 2017, said bills will no longer have monetary value. Roque not convinced with RTC’s decision regarding Pemberton case

Attorney Harry Roque expressed his disbelief regarding the decision of the Regional Trial Court against United States Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton. According to Roque, Pemberton should be declared guilty of murder and not homicide. Although he added that the victim’s family is still happy with Pemberton’s conviction. Poe disappointed in COMELEC’s decision

Senator Grace Poe admitted that she is disappointed at the decision of the Commission on Election Second Division disqualifying her candidacy in the 2016 election. COMELEC running out of time due to Supreme Court’s TRO

According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), it will have a hard time preparing for the 2016 election if it will follow the temporary restraining order issued by the Supreme Court on its “no bio, no boto” policy.
