Another warrant of arrest was released against expelled Iglesia Ni Cristo member Lowell Menorca as the Branch 12 of the Regional Trial Court of Lanao Del Norte issued said warrant in response to the libel case filed by the Society of Communicators and Networkers or SCAN International due to Menorca’s negative portrayal of said group.
