MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Health reassured the public regarding the fear of the Zika virus, saying that there is still no recorded case in the Philippines. OFW party list rep Roy Señeres dies due to cardiac arrest

OFW party-list Roy Señeres died after experiencing cardiac arrest this morning and was rushed to the intensive care unit of the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City.
