Congress to pass SSL-4

OFW party list rep Roy Señeres dies due to cardiac arrest

OFW party-list Roy Señeres died after experiencing cardiac arrest this morning and was rushed to the intensive care unit of the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City.
