PNP intensifies anti-criminal campaign, “Ligtas SUMVAC 2016”

MANILA, Philippines — Newly assigned Philippine National Police chief Director General Ricardo Marquez has ordered a nationwide security plan this coming holidays and summer vacations. BJMP directed to tighten rules and regulations

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) asked the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) to strictly enforce rules and regulations to all city, district, municipal and provincial jails nationwide. Two soldiers killed in Sulu ambush

Zamboanga City (PNA) —-The military have launched pursuit operations against a group of Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) brigands who killed two soldiers in an ambush early Tuesday in the province of Sulu. LTFRB approves nationwide taxi fare cuts

MANILA, Mar 15 – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has approved the permanent reduction of the existing taxi fare nationwide (except Cordillera Administrative Region) to P30.00 for the flag-down rate, P3.50 for every succeeding 500 meters and P3.50 for the waiting time per 90 seconds. Exact change bill passes bicameral committee
