LTFRB to install anti-theft devices for taxis

MANILA, Philippines – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board is planning to install anti-theft devices in taxis. Said plan came as a response to a series of carnapped taxis used in crimes like robbery and rape. COMELEC aims for 50% voter turnout in overseas absentee voting
