MMDA implements its controversial “No Contact Apprehension policy” for traffic violators

Inilagay na sa red alert ang buong Mindanao dahil sa sa generation deficiency o kaunting suplay ng kuryente ayon sa National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). Dahil dito, ayon sa ahensya, inaasahan na ang rotating brownouts sa Mindanao kaugnay na rin anila ng zero megawatt na contigency reserves sa Mindanao.
