Uniformed personnel to start receiving rice allowance in September

QUEZON City, Philippines – Starting September 2016, every uniformed personnel will receive a 20-kilo rice allowance from the government. Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno said that the rice allowance is a non-salary benefit promised by President Rodrigo Duterte. More barangays placed under dengue alert

QUEZON City, Philippines – The number of barangays placed under dengue yellow alert increased from 47 last week to 80 this week. Government set aside Php 23 billion for rice subsidy
