QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) –The third man in Philippine National Police chain of command, Police Deputy Director-General Benjamin Magalong retires from service in a retirement honor ceremony held at Camp Crame. Magalong graduated as a magna cum laude in the Philippine Military Academy’s Sandigan Class of 1982. His long service saw him heading the PNP Board of Inquiry into the Mamasapano incident.
