PHL Coast Guard: More than 10K passengers stranded due to Typhoon ‘Nina’

MANILA, Dec 26 (PNA) — A total of 10,968 passengers were stranded in various ports nationwide due to the onslaught of Typhoon “Nina” (international name Nock-ten), the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported. DOE assures ample power supply in face of Malampaya maintenance shutdown

BSP expects higher inflation rate in 2017-2018

QUEZON City, Philippines – The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas forecasts an increase of 3.3% in the inflation rate in 2017 and an increase of 3% in the inflation rate in 2018. The higher inflation rate is due to the oil price hike in the world market.

LTFRB releases special bus permits
