(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, March 14, appointed the husband of late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago as presidential adviser. President Duterte appointed Atty. Narciso “Jun” Santiago Jr., as his presidential adviser for revenue enhancement with the rank of undersecretary. Santiago is a former interior and local government undersecretary, and a former customs official.
