Duterte orders all Communists released during ongoing peace talks to surrender

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday ordered communist leaders who were released during the ongoing peace talks to surrender. Duterte made the directive during a speech in Camp Tecson, Bulacan. He made the move after he signed Proclamation 360, which officially terminated peace talks with the Communists. Duterte said he was fed up with the group’s acts of “depredation,” including what he said was the killing of a four-month-old baby.
