QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will strictly implement rules on the motorcycle lane next week. In a statement posted in their social media account, the MMDA said it will intensify the enforcement of yellow and motorcycle lanes along EDSA.
