(Eagle News)—-Tropical Depression “Josie” is now traversing the Babuyan Group of Islands, moving in an east northeast direction slowly. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that as of 1 a.m.,  the center of the tropical depression was situated 25 kilometers east southeast of Calayan, Cagayan.
