At least 175 dead after quake hits southwest China

Court stops ouster of PLM Prexy

Retired Justice retains his post as president of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), after a Manila court issued a writ of preliminary injunction against the PLM Board of Regents, preventing them to execute a resolution ousting said retired Justice from his position as university president.
