“Ruby” leaves agricultural damages
According to the Department of Agriculture, the agricultural damage caused by “Ruby” reached 1.27 billion pesos. This amount came from Region IV – A, Region V, IX and VIII and may increase once reports of damages came in from the other regions affected by the typhoon.

Injured civilians in Bukidnon bus explosion rushed to the nearest hospital
More than 20 persons were injured in a bus blast in Maramag, Bukidnon. The bus was carrying several students, teachers and other civilians. Eleven persons were killed in the blast.
