The pilot-testing of the express bus will start on Monday, March 23, 2015. The express bus makes fewer stops so that its passengers will reach their destinations faster. The inter-agency project was conducted by the Metro Manila Development Authority, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board and the Department of Transportation and Communications.
