China starts 10-day naval exercise in West Philippine Sea

MRT Commuters face technical problems

QUEZON City, Philippines, July  23 (Eagle News) – According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the low pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) will continue to bring rain in various parts of the country.
